The Firm’s basic fee for service compares favorably with the “going rate” for experienced litigators and corporate attorneys in New York City. Our charges are based primarily on the amount of time devoted to a particular client’s matter. However, as a smaller firm we can be flexible, and are always mindful of containing costs, working efficiently and obtaining the strongest legal results for our clients. For example, we have agreed to flat fees for particular phases of work, or have worked on a special fee arrangement or have created fee reduction techniques to meet a client’s particular needs.
