Wills

Whatever your asset level, the reasons for having a will are numerous. Simply stated, a will is the manner in which you can express your wishes and values upon death while providing for the people and causes most important to you.  Absent a will, the state, not you, will determine how your property is distributed, and you will be able to name an executor to manage your estate. With a will or trust, you will be able to designate beneficiaries for property distribution, and determine who will be the guardian of your children, while assuring that your loved ones are provided for in your absence.

Mr. Goldstein will partner with you to construct a Last Will and Testament or trust agreement specifically tailored to your needs. He will also assist you in drafting estate planning matters that will give you the opportunity to make known your wishes for medical care towards the end of your life, including a living will, health care proxy, and powers of attorney.
